IKEA just lost a chance to get $180 from me becuase I went to the store and saw the BILLY BORU bookcase w/ glass that I wanted. So I went to the self-serve area to pull the furniture and it wasn’t there. Ok NP I’ll just order online the next day.

Big Problem! If I paid for the expensive additional cost for shipping, my order would have come up to $360!!!

Is the furntiure coming directly from Scandanavia?!!

      All the unassembled pieces are made of HEAVY plywood, you know. And I guess the big glass is fragile and needs to be handled with care.
      But double the money to getting it shipped does sound irrational.
