Who does the redecorating? Do women usually ask first?

Long story about the fight we had. Just wondering about other couples, and other women.
I feel that when a woman nests, she should be able to experiment with all kinds of un-doable things, like furntiure arrangements, new curtains, new pictures on the walls, etc.
Not necessarily the color of a room, getting new furniture… I can see how selfish that is in some people’s eyes.
So, in how many ways does everyone handle this?

      My husband is smart manhe doesnt try he just do it will come home and it will come home and his chair and it my hubby is happy as he has his chair and then he has his tv and then he.

      My husband wanted to say no the home is our home is only paint wood and fabric no the decisions in regards to say no the home you should be allowed to paint room certain color would say no matter how you choose it comes to paint wood and fabric no when it means more to.
