Mold growing on furniture downstairs?

I live in the bottom half of a house and there is mold (white) growing on the bottom part of my furntiure. What is the best way to get rid of this?

      For the furniture itself just steam clean them there let it works.

      The source of continual moisture is in your body you can get in that.
