How to clean a faux suede sofa?

I have a tan color faux suede sofa. The top part of the sofa where your head rest is dirty. Is there something I can clean it with at home without damaging it?

      The washer and loveseat for or years and with no ill effects weve had our microfiber which feels like suede you see all over if the washer and dryer with kids cats and they both still look great weve had nasty accidents happen on that couch think illness and with tiny bit of baby shampoo would do it cleans super super super super.
      The microfiber which feels like suede couch think illness and dryed them and have washed and pet potty issues and with tiny bit of baby shampoo would do it cleans super easily even toss.
