How do you repair a new sofa that has a broken spring and arms?

The sofa was cheaply made and very light to lift as well. THE spring was broken by a single man sitting in it. The arms are ripping off because of the sofa being moved by the arms. (It’s a three seater).Can this be repaired at home or do I have to call the professionals in?

      Sofa in excellent condition for not much money if somebody is moving and doesnt want to haul it back first and doesnt want to haul it along.
