If nothing works, get a red sharpie, and work it in to blend it in, no one will know its there but you.

I think you are in trouble, as a Sharpie is a permanent marker. Is it on a cushion, so you could dye it black? Two tone sofas are actually in vogue now!
You could always buy a nice slipcover that can be washed. Good insurance against future accidents!
