How can I make a new sofa more comfortable?

My sister and I sat on every sofa in the store and finally settled on one that was very comfortable. When the sofa arrived, though, the cushions were very stiff. Is there any way to get them to loosen up?

      For long time over they start getting new mattress and might even sag little maybe the sofa at.
      For long time over and over and it good luck.
