Most futon beds have a zipper on the side. you take that of and wash it and febreze the hell out of the inside.
or take a rug doctor to the whole damned thing

Sofa bed and mattress like regular bed and mattress attachment give it good idea if you havent already done this good vacuuming on both sides spot treat any stains if you havent already done this good vacuuming on both sides spot.
