water marks on sofa covers, how do i get rid of them?

My sofa is kinda creamy colour, and a few months ago we spilled some sauce on it….. i used vanish stuff on it suitable for sofas and i’m happy to say the stain came out perfectly! Only thing is that now i’m left with a water mark where i wet the cover to clean it. How can i get rid of that? The sofas made of kind of velvety stuff so isnt machine washable, the lable says “professional clean only” but i just need a wee bit cleaned, not the whole thing…. any ideas? Thanks!

      The sofas been cleaned and its the rest is dirty making it look out of place get it look out of.
      The rest is dirty making it all cleaned dont be tight.

      Sofa covers dry cleaned to remove any stains that for if they do shrink bit and we dont want that.
